Lynn T Musiol (GER)

lynn t musiol grew up in the post-industrial Rhineland and studied sociology. lynn t’s work explores the intertwining of class and desire, lesbian histories and queer ecology. They are a co-founder of dyke dogs and the performative collective les dramaturx (with Christian Tschirner). Based on their short film KISS, KISS WOLF, lynn and Christian are developing a feature film in collaboration with Helene Hegemann and X-Filme.
At the Schaubühne Berlin, lynn t musiol developed the performative-discursive series BUCCI × ꒰(･ ‿ ･)꒱, which was staged at the Schauspielhaus Hamburg and at the Britney X Festival for queer performances in Cologne.
Lynn t’s play LECKEN 3000 premiered at the Burgtheater in Vienna in December 2025 and was awarded the Retzhofer Drama Prize.
They’s directorial debut was the German-language premiere of SÖHNE by Marine Bachelot Nguyen at the Schlosstheater Moers in 2025. With DRACULA (baby teeth), they are staging one of their own texts for the first time.

She could have become Queen of England. Instead, the story of Sophie Dorothea of Brunswick-Lüneburg ends in a backwater in Lower Saxony. Because she fell in love. Unfortunately, not with her husband, whom she had been betrothed to. Her love affair became a political problem, and she ended up a prisoner in a castle in the Lower Saxon countryside.

An unexpected text message from her former teacher, Ute, throws Ari off balance. Over ten years ago, the two shared a close bond; they got on well, shared a love of literature and would visit each other outside school. Now, in her late twenties, Ari begins to come to terms with her memories, both amongst her friends and in conversations with Ute. A relentless self-examination of desire, memory and queer violence begins, culminating in the weighty question: Was what happened to me back then abuse?
