THE EYE (DE LIVRÄDDA)

2021

Premiere: Dramaten in Koproduktion mit Riksteatern

Children’s play, 2 f

Two little girls, sisters, lie awake in their beds at night wondering what awaits them the next day: a new school? hopefully new friends? How long will they be able to stay this time? Are they safe here or will “the eye” find them here, too? Stories are being made up, walls starting to move and slowly it becomes clear that the family is on the run and that safety is too precious a commodity.

One of the most moving children’s plays about the experience of flight, fear, love and hope.
