Miri Ian Gossing (GER)

is a screenwriter, director, visual artist and film producer.
They live in Cologne and work with Lina Sieckmann, with whom they also studied at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne. Their collaborative work has been shown in exhibitions and film festivals worldwide (including Hamburger Bahnhof – Museum für Gegenwart Berlin, International Film Festival Rotterdam, Image Forum Tokyo and Anthology Film Archives New York City).

In 2016, the two received the German Short Film Award for their short film OCEAN HILL DRIVE. In 2020 they were nominated for the German Short Film Award with their short film SOUVENIR.

Their hybrid feature-length film SIRENS CALL premiered highly acclaimed at the Berlinale 2025.
