Ervehea Ziza (GER)

is a screenwriter, director, and creative producer working at the intersection of genre and arthouse storytelling.
She studied philosophy, art history, and film studies and worked in various TV editorial departments before moving into story development and writers’ rooms. For several years, she was senior writer and later head writer for the daily soap opera Köln 50667 (RTL2) and contributed to the development of the RTL+ series GangstarZ. As a freelance writer, she has since headed the writers’ rooms of several productions, including the dark comedy series SAFE SPACE (WDR/Filmfaust) and the animated sitcom DOPPELAPFEL (WDR/COSMO/Anna Blume Entertainment). She is currently writing a crime comedy series for WDR (Windlicht Pictures) and was most recently part of the writers’ room for the second season of PAULINE (btf/Disney+).
