Canberk Köktürk (GER)

Was born in the German Ruhr region in 1990 and grew up as the child of Turkish migrant workers. He studied German language and literature, philosophy and later political science at the University of Duisburg-Essen and where he was editor in chief of the student newspaper. At the same time, he worked as a freelance author and journalist for German newspapers such as taz and ZEIT Online.

Since 2021, he writes for the Grimme Prize-winning program ZDF Magazin Royale and develops new projects with comediens and entertainers such as Tahsim Durgun, Parshad Esmaeili, Conny from the block.
